You Will Never Old If You Drink This How To Slow Aging Anti Aging Juice

2 large tomatoes
1 stalk celery
1 cucumber

1 handful of fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon pink Himalayan sea salt
Pinch of cayenne pepper
Handful of ice
Preparation

Chop tomatoes into small sized pieces place tomatoes, celery, cucumber and parsley in juicer pour juice into shaker Add sea salt, cayenne pepper and ice Shake and strain into a glass(serve immediately)

Kale juice

Kale juice is a classic when it comes to slowing down ageing. The leaves are rich in vitamin K, a nutrient that is very good at preventing heart disease and osteoporosis. Eggplant juice or water

You will need one eggplant, 2 apples, HALF CUP celery stalk and 3 carrots. Blend everything with water in a juicer for few minutes. Mix a small amount of salt and pepper if required. This will improve its flavour. Have it however you like, because eggplant is one of the most antioxidant_rich foods out there.

Red grape juice to fight ageing

Grapes, their skin and their seed, have been used for many years in an anti_ageing beauty product. The secret lies in their resveratrol. This is a type of antioxidant also found in blackberries, blueberries, and currants, and which make a big difference in fighting sign of ageing. The best way to take advantage of them is when they are in season. Before you go buy bottled juices, try making them yourself in a blender at home.

Ingredients

2 Cups Black Seedless Grapes

1/2 Cup Chilled Water
2 Tsp Fresh Lemon Juice
Sugar to taste
Pinch of Salt
Ice Cubes

Directions
Wash The Grape under cold water and drain well.
Add grapes, water and sugar, if desired, to blender. Blend until smooth. Strain juice mixture and discard pulp. Add lemon juice and a pinch of salt, and stir.

Skim any white foam off the top. Pour over ice and serve immediately. ADDITIONAL SUGAR OR LEMON JUICE MAY BE DESIRED BASED ON THE SWEETNESS OF THE GRAPES.

Watermelon

Despite the popular belief that watermelon consists of just water and sugar, it actually provides high levels of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Watermelon is great for hydrating your body something your skin really likes. Don't forget about its wealth of vitamin A, a very important nutrient for renewing your skin and keeping it moisturized, fighting dryness and wrinkle.

Ingredients

small sweet watermelon (a 6 pounder will do)
1 small lime, juiced

INSTRUCTIONS
Slice the watermelon in half. Assuming your watermelon isn't seedless, slice the halves into smaller strips and use a small spoon to scoop out the seeds. Discard the seeds, and scoop chunks of watermelon from the rind into the blender. If the watermelon is seedless, use a big spoon to scoop chunks of watermelon flesh into the blender. Discard the rind. Blend the watermelon until it is totally pulverized. This shouldn't take more than a minute. Squeeze the juice of one small lime into the blender and blend for a few seconds. If your watermelon is notably pulpy, pour the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a pitcher. If not, you can pour it directly into glasses filled with ice.

Kiwi


We recommend the golden kiwi fruit. If blended with an apple and a bit of lemon, you'll get an amazing juice for fighting ageing. The antioxidants found in kiwis help firm up your skin and slow down the formation of those classic smile lines. They contain especially high amounts of vitamins C and E. 2 kiwis
1 cup frozen whole strawberries
container (6 ounces) low_fat
strawberry yoghurt
APPLE (SLICED)
1/2 LEMON JUICE
2 tablespoons honey

Directions
Peel the kiwis and cut them into chunks.
Put the kiwi chunks, strawberries, yoghurt, APPLE, LEMON JUICE and honey into a blender container. The blender is sharp inside. Watch your fingers! Cover the blender with the lid and blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth. Turn the blender off and on or pulse, if needed, to break up the strawberries. Pour into four glasses and serve with straws.
