Apple Colon Cleanse.
Ingredients:
1 apple.
1 tablespoon of honey.
1 tablespoon of chia seeds.
1 tablespoon of ground flax seeds ( easier to digest in this form).
1 cup of water.
Preparation:
Put all the ingredients in your blender and blend them well, except the chia seeds. Put the resulting mixture in some glass and stir until the chia seeds start to expand. The whisking should last for 5 minutes.
How you can drink the mixture.
Advice: When consuming foods rich in fiber, including apples, you should drink plenty of water. Hydration will allow you to have a healthy stool and improve all the bodily functions.
