Put the coffee in the bowl and add the milk. In proportion, there must be less water because we want a thick paste, not a liquid product. Check out the quantities that best fit your needs. Stir well until a homogeneous mixture is formed.

Apply the mask all over the face, avoiding touching the eyes. Before extending it around the outline, consult a dermatologist.
Wait for 15 _20 minutes to transfer the properties to your skin. Remove with plenty of warm water. The results you will notice on the face are immediate. You will have much more energetic, luminous and radiant skin thanks to the caffeine.

Why is a coffee face mask good for our skin?

Coffee is good for our skin because of this richness in caffeine and antioxidants. This is the reason why cosmetic industry is incorporating caffeine as the main ingredient in their product. It can reduce the appearances of wrinkle and fine lines. The antioxidants attack free radicals damaging our skin and improves skin's elasticity.

Caffeine also possesses inflammatory property which can reduce the inflammation and calm redness of the skin. Due to this property, it treats puffy eyes and dark circles too. It can repair damages done by the UV rays and make the skin healthy. It exfoliates the dead skin cells and helps to regenerate the new cells. Due to this, it also helps to remove cellulite from the skin by dehydrating fatty cells and improves blood circulation in the skin to remove it.

Here Are Some Of The Reasons You Should  Rub Coffee All Over Your Skin & Hair

Soothing tired, dry feet

All you need to do is brew about two_ and _ a _ half _cups of coffee_ you want real coffee, and preferably organic so that you aren't getting any toxins in your foot soak. Allow it to cool for about 30 minutes first, or to a temperature that feels soothing to your feet. Now, fill a bath with warm water, enough so that it covers your feet completely, and add a half_ cup of coarse sea salt, which offers exfoliating effects ( avoid fine sea salt as you won't get those important benefits). Next, add a couple of teaspoons of coarsely ground coffee and a few drops of pure vanilla extract, which adds to the relaxing effects. Dip your feet in the coffee soak and relax_30 minutes is ideal. When the water starts to cool, just mix in a little more hot water to keep the temperature to your liking.

Enhance your hair colour

If you're a brunette, you're in luck, as you can enhance the colour of your hair using coffee grounds. The acidity in coffee not only helps to smooth the cuticle of the hair, but it gives it extra shine. It's a lot more simple than hair dye too_ all you have to do is mix in a teaspoon or two of ground coffee into your normal hair conditioner and allow it to sit for at least five minutes to add depth to the colour of your hair.

Darken your hair

Even if you don't already have brown hair, you can use coffee to darken up your hair colour. This is a great way to go if you want to avoid all of those chemicals in dyes used in home hair colouring kits and salons_ for a pregnant woman. It's arguably the best solution of all. And, it's an ideal choice for those who want to colour that's less permanent, or simply want to see how they look with darker hair without having to commit long term. To do so, you'll need to put together this DIY coffee rinse.

First, wash your hair using your regular shampoo as it's important that your hair be free of oils and other haircare products. Now brew about two cups of strong, organic coffee, or a little extra_ the more coffee you make, the easier it will be to pour over your hair. Allow it to cool down to room temperature or cooler before using for an obvious reason. Burning yourself would neither be fun or good for your hair! Transfer the cooled coffee into a container that will easily allow you to pour it on your hair.

Minimizing the appearance of cellulite

Coffee grounds can also help minimize the appearance of cellulite. While some say the effects are only temporary, others disagree, swearing by the results. Even if it does only last for the short term, it may be ideal for those times you want to look great in a bathing suit. Cellulite is something most people struggle with, no matter how much you work out. The caffeine in coffee helps to dilate blood vessels, which temporarily tones and tightens tissue while improving blood circulation and reducing water retention. Those benefits may help smooth that dimpled appearance of cellulite. Coffee's antioxidants also help to release toxins, which can also aid in lessening the dimpled look while improving the health of your skin.
